Richard & Joshua are absolutely amazing. Joshua was there from the very beginning of my purchase and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. From the moment Richard began supporting my purchase everything improved. He selflessly supported me on a regular basis and made me feel as though my purchase was the only one he was handling (when it definitely wasn’t!). He knew I was a first time buyer and took the time to reassure me every step of the way, going above and beyond to support conversations with solicitors as well. I honestly couldn’t have made it through the process without these two incredible gentleman.
