Cannot rate the team at Aylsham highly enough, especially Chris the Manager who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the local area. So refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and down to earth. The whole team in Aylsham are helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend. In fact, I have! as a result two friends have bought and sold through the Aylsham branch. These guys deserve a huge pat on the back for the brilliant service they deliver.

Honestly the worst experience of an estate agents I've had. Chris spent most of the time our home was on the market trying to get the best price for the BUYER not for us, refused to start a chain with someone that had made an offer on our property and tried to force us to lower our market price to LESS than the offer we had on the table. Will absolutely NEVER use this particular branch again due to the attitude of the alleged branch manager. On the other hand, the young mortgage advisor Archie was fantastic, as was Chelsea which is a shame as they've been let down in our view by someone who is supposed to be more experienced than them.

It was a very long and exhausting experience selling our house and buying our home. We were originally with another estate agent but soon changed to William H Brown and how glad we did! The staff from Cromer branch who dealt with the start of the process to the amazing staff at Aylsham who finalised everything. If it hadn’t been for lovely sales progressor Miranda I don’t think would have survived the process, she rang me every day! Absolutely Amazing estate agents.

Chris Smith and all of his staff at the Aylsham office provided an excellent service over the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home.
Despite our frequent calls and visits, they always treated us in a very welcoming, understanding way.
Special mention must go to Miranda who held our hands to guide us through a very difficult purchase.

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Chris, Miranda and the rest of the team for their help with my house sale. Never sold a house before and they made the process simple and supported me every step of the way. Couldn't recommend them enough! Their knowledge of the help to buy scheme my house was bought and sold under assisted me greatly so if you are selling a house under such a scheme I would definitely get in touch with them as it made the process a lot more understandable, easier and quicker. If you're looking to sell your home, you can't go wrong choosing WHB Aylsham. They're an awesome group of people who are sincere and genuinely care. Selling the family home is never easy, but Chris and the team walked every step of the journey by my side with honest advice and guidance, regular communications and updates throughout the whole process. I highy recommend them - you won't find a better, nicer and more capable team of people!
