As a first time buyer, obtainin a mortgage can be extremely daunting. We first spoke with Liam Tresilian who was absolutely amazing. Not only did he work late most evenings to accommodate our working hours but also provided a five star service. He automatically changed over our mortgage product if the rates went down and talked us through the various life insurance options that were available and arranged the same as soon as we exchanged.
Liam, you really are a lovely person, extremely professional and I will never use another broker. Thank you for everything.

Liam Tresilian sorted a mortgage for me and my parter, and the amount of effort he put in was outstanding. Would work late to make sure he answered any questions we had and made sure any drop in interest rates was amended on our Offer immediately without even asking.

We were signed up to the incorrect flat in a development and we're left waiting for over an hour to get it sorted on the day we were wanting to move in. Now we've moved in we are getting ignored by the agent when we report any issues. Not good.

Buying with Allen and Harris was definitely the right choice for us, we viewed our house, got our mortgage in principal and got the keys to our house all in 2 months, Conor was super helpful trying to make sure we found the right place for us and getting everything put through really quickly and always chasing things up to make sure we were always updated. We’re now in our second week in our house and couldn’t say a bad word about our experience with them.

This branch has been dealing with my property for years. They are swift in responding to my emails or sending info/request/reminders via email. But I find they are best when speaking on the phone or in person (in particular Dylan Burberry who's helped me lately with some issues and repairs needed in the house). The house changed tenants last month and Kevin Bushell was very helpful with the process.
