The first few days that our property was on sale was very stressful, I couldn't find the advert local or my postcode so I had to pay a visit to sort it out and they did . Pictures of the property where ok but missing a vital part, the garage no pictures no listing of a garage ! After no viewings at all I rang and dropped the price . 2 days later I received a call saying you have 2 viewings . When I spoke to the 2nd person that viewed the house told me that they had booked the viewing before the price got dropped. Keenans didn't tell me this. I received the full reduced price but could of got more. For us the aftersales team was the best part of the sale, weekly updates and helpfull.

We were purchasing our house through Keenans and our experience was resoundingly positive. Ella and Sam couldn't have been more helpful. When we were having issues with the process Ella chased up issues on numerous occasions and provided updates and insights we weren't getting from our solicitor.
