I had a really bad experience with a previous letting agent I instructed, which left me extremely mistrustful. I was at my wits end when I decided to speak to Demi Carter about a reputable letting agent. She introduced me to Martin Gallagher who has been an absolute Godsend. He got me the best price for a builder and even though the works went over budget they were completed to a high standard and my property has now been rented. I also dealt with Sydney Starkey who has kept me up-to-date with my property and what was going on. So far I cannot have asked for better letting agents.
