Arrogant, uninterested, unresponsive and rude throughout the process !
Do not use and do yourself a favour cross over the road and go with Clarke & Co much more harmonious and professional service and an added bonus also much cheaper to sell your house !

Currently in the process of renting out our property with Ryder & Dutton. Leann Green - Lettings Valuer, has been advising us from the start ; from a service that would suit our needs to everything we as landlords need to provide for possible tenants. And what processes will happen once Leann had passed us over to other colleagues at Ryder & Dutton. Leann was professional, patient and knowledgeable.
Now communicating with Gemma Horn on our next stage of the process and again, professional and approachable with great communication.
Starting off very nervous about renting our home, we now feel confident we’ve made the right decision to go through Ryder & Dutton and can’t thank them enough!

I sold my property with R&D recently. The process itself was a very long one (7 months) as my buyer was in a chain and had some issues from her end.
The viewings and advertising were all good, I ended up getting a good price for my property, my only negative feedback is about communication itself. It hasn't always been great throughout the process with me having to chase for updates and some calls not being returned. This is what R&D should seek to improve.
7 months is a very long time and sellers are nervous throughout the process as the sale can fall through at any time, so it would be good for R&D to keep communications flowing for peace of mind.

They worked with the potential buyer to get surveys etc organised. At all stages they kept me informed immediately anything changed. At all times they had an open, friendly approach. Excellent service from the moment we walked through the door of Ryder Dutton (Chadderton). From valuation of our property through to sale, the service was a really positive experience.
Good advice from Lewis McLarty on valuation achieved a very positive result, and the after sales support provided by Lindsey Power and her colleagues was just what was needed to make us feel comfortable that the sale was running smoothly.
We also found the solicitors recommended by Ryder Dutton to operate simerly making the whole experience simple and smooth.

He kept us updated along the whole process of buying our home. As this was our first home we were obviously nervous, excited and possibly a bit needy.
