I think I can say I have received the best service so far from these guys than any other estate agent I have ever dealt with. The eagerness from Sam to just get things done is rare to find. Excellent service again. Had a property to let and sought advice on all matters with regard to marketing and rental sums. Had a short window of time to operate in but candidates found, viewings arranged and recommendation list provided. Their advice was followed and the new tenant moved in 1 week after the previous tenants vacated. I could not have asked for any more. Nice people and great service.... Read more

When I sold my house on Swifts Green Road Stopsley, I used Household as my sole agent. Apart from the superb service and commitment from the team in the Luton office, I sold my house in 5 weeks for just short of my asking price. The advice offered and support in selling my house was second to none, I have bought and sold property before but never experienced this level of excellence.
