Due to our current landlord selling we were hunting for a new property, and came across a house through Pennell & Partners. Our point of call was via Sharon, who from initial contact, property viewing and plenty of questions, was always friendly, proffessional, knowledgeable and kind. And also Bart who helped us a couple of times with queries, again very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The process was very smooth throughout the application and the final handover. We received keys and a welcome gift box full of useful information and some nice treats too (the gift box was a lovely touch and totally unexpected). Thank you! We've had a couple of questions on the day of moving in regards to the odd thing here and there that may need attention and Bart has put wheels in motion for us straight away. The team here (unlike other agents in the past) are very much on the ball and nothing is too much trouble to sort out, help with or fix, so far! Emailed on Friday through right move called Saturday now Tuesday so I call again about the property. Had no knowledge of the property had to go online to find it for them for it to say let agreed.
