Was told that they don't do viewings after 5 on weekdays, so I had to take time off work to get to the property at 4:30. After the viewing, at 5 minutes to 5 I said good-bye to the agent and asked, just as a way of conversation, if she had to drive far in the 5 o'clock rush hour traffic. She responded that she was not driving anywhere because she had another viewing after mine. Sure enough, a car arrived at the property at this point, with the next viewers, so somehow it _was_ possible to do viewings after 5. I do not appreciate being lied to, so I will avoid Jan Forster in the future.

I've both bought and sold a flat through Jan Forster High Heaton and would highly recommend their services. For both the purchase (five years ago) and the recent sale I found all of the staff to be professional, friendly and very responsive to communication (by both email and phone). We choose to sell our house with Jan Forster after having few estate agents evaluating the property, due the Andrew McInnes who impressed us with his professional attitude. He gave us the best advice and he’s approached worked perfect for us. We wanted to sell our house quick due to relocation and we had a secure offer just 10 days after the house was added to the market. We cannot thank enough to Andrew and entire Heaton office team. They are amazing and I would not hesitate to sell a property with them again in the future!

A property we were supposed to move into fell through. We had driven 4.5 hours just for this property. Ashleigh was so helpful going over and above to assist us identify another property. Ashleigh and Joanne reassured us and made it possible for us to identify another property that had just come in the market. In just over a week we moved into the property without hassles. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!! i purchased a property through this estate agents and My Solicitor and the Sellers Solicitor where dragging their heels. i contacted the estate agent and was very lucky Ashleigh was handling this. She has become my source of truth and my champion who fights in my corner. i was on a tight timescale to move out my old property and Ashleigh has fought every step of the way to get and pass on information to get this through as quickly as possible. I cant recommend these highly enough and especially Ashleigh (Thank You Ashleigh)

I recently bought a flat using Jan Forster and they were fantastic in supporting me through it! I have had poor experiences with other estate agents where viewings and enquiries were made to feel like such a burden and Jan Forster were the total opposite. Their staff have been nothing but friendly, efficient and accomodating with extra viewings, answering enquiries quickly etc. I would 100% recommend them!
