Andrew Craig Whickham were always friendly via email and often responded pretty quickly. I'd say their properties are fairly priced when it comes to renting and they were very affordable to us. Whenever WE had to manage something they were very swift on giving permission to do so. However you definitely get what you pay for. They were very unwilling to repair anything in our flat, some things were broke for over five years and they always sent someone out with no follow up or no one even showed up. Sometimes they can sound rude or impatient via email and it was bothersome to have to talk through their fix-it service, to talk to them, to then have them talk to a landlord, to send someone out, to talk to us. Personally I don't recommend them, but if you need something to put you on... fair enough. Really just recommend saving that rent money for a deposit on a house so you don't have to deal with them after getting your property.... Read more
