10/10 service from O'Riordan Bond. The whole process we have been supported as first time buyers from start to finish. 1. After viewing the property we had an appointment arranged with the morgage advice bureau. Which gave us insight that the property we were interested in was a reality to make an offer. 2. We were recommended Key Conveyancing as our solicitor, which have been spotless to progress the sale. 3. Our client care manager was Jo and she has been amazing. The customer service was excellent, clear communication, quick responces and transparency. I genuinely felt she was just as excited as us! 4. They have been flexible and helpful through to consider our availability (due to work) and notice period (we rent) with finalising dates. 5. The whole process took 7 weeks to complete! Would highly recommend and thankful for the level of service. All we need to do is collect the keys ????... Read more

I recently bought a house in Grange Park which sadly was sold by the local Oriordan Bond Estate Agents. I would say the sale happened despite of them rather than because of them. From start to finish of the WHOLE process they were poor at best, then a couple of weeks before we were due to move in, I wanted to visit the property in order to get quotes. I emailed them once, got no reply, so called them and was promised they would contact the vendors to arrange, nothing happened, so I called AGAIN. Same promise, same outcome. I got the impression that as the sale was a done deal they no longer cared. I eventually put a note through the vendors door asking if they could contact me directly….they did and could not have been more helpful but also said they’d heard nothing from Oriordan Bond. We compared notes with the whole process which was enlightening. I highly recommend you DO NOT use them to sell your house! Note to Oriordan Bond….contact Urban & Rural MK and gain advise how best practice is delivered and change everything you do to be more like them.... Read more

Terrible agent! Lied about the buyer having a mortgage, avoided communication, only came clean when I terminate our contract and O'Riordan Bond admitting the buyer didn't have a mortgage 7 weeks in! My selling agent even admitted his short comings! Trying to make out he didn't want me or the buyer to miss out on the deal.....more like he didn't want to miss out on getting free money for a terrible service. They were very keen until I accepted an offer, once that was done services ceased! Unbelievably poor.... Read more

I had a very negative experience with O’Riordan Bond Lettings and I would stay clear if you want to save yourself time, money and stress. I found them highly unprofessional from the moment I took out a tenancy with them. They emailed me the wrong documents and leaked someone else’s personal data. On the day when I was supposed to collect the keys for the property they sent me to the wrong office and didn’t apologise. There were issues with the property that were raised and they never bothered to fix. They were very bad at communicating key information and some of the agents were particularly rude. Paige was particularly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. They tried to claim part of my deposit to fix problems with the property that were already there when I moved in and we had to go through the very time-consuming process of starting a DPS dispute. I got my money back eventually but they’ve done this to other people (see previous reviews). Overall it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a letting agency... Read more

Go anywhere but here. Paige is disgusting and puts young mothers and their children in danger unnecessarily when knowing and being warned of safeguarding issues that have happened . Very judgemental ignorant team. If I could give them zero I would. Do what others haven't and trust these low reviews !!!!... Read more
