I came to Ali & Angie at Bond Oxborough after an extremely dispiriting experience with a local competitor. By that stage, I was anxious to let my property ASAP and stipulated that ideally I wanted a tenant who did not need to give notice. Ali was very organized and proactive, sourcing me a choice of tenants within about 10 days. A tenant moved in just 23 days after I gave the green light to Bond Oxborough. All fees are as described; no nasty surprises. The tenant is happy, I am very happy and I'd highly recommend anyone who is seeking to let a property in Wadebridge to deal with Ali and Angie. They know the market and walk the walk, rather than just talking the talk.
