Not upfront and honest estate agents. People on the phone are friendly when you call but estate agents pretend they don't know details of the property and you don't get the full information on the ads. Viewed a property that was of a non standard construction but the agent didn't tell me and nor did the advert. I put an offer down, which got accepted until a friend told me they're near impossible to get a mortgage on. I called the agent and asked she said "oh I'm not sure, the home owners think it might be, but are also not sure", when it is. Told her I couldn't get a mortgage on that and got hit with "use our brokers, they'll get you one." I've since pulled my offer, the advert went back up and still hasn't been updated to say "non standard construction".... Read more

Really pleased with them they found me a buyer quickly in a challenging market and they found me a tenant double quick too for a property I was selling but decided to rent. I have always used them for tenant finds but will use them for everything now. Just moved into a new place today marketed by Beals. It’s disgusting. There is black mold everywhere. Nothing was cleaned prior to our move in. The entire place smells like mold and just stank. When we got here every window was open and there were coffee beans in the cupboards to cover up the smell. It was very clear that they knew there was mold and smell issue but didn’t take care of it. The toilet is broken. The water heater won’t heat the domestic water. I will never work with Beals again. I recommend not using this location if you can avoid it. All photos shared.... Read more

Rebecca Thayre has been absolutely amazing to communicate with back and forth regarding a property I am going to be renting. She has been absolutely lovely throughout the whole process and has answered all of my questions and queries in very quick time which has made the overall customer experience completely stressfree. If this lady is not on good money already, then she definitely deserves a pay rise because she is the best letting agent member of staff I have ever worked with.
