We used Bob parry as letting agents .
From start to finish they were unprofessional to the point of rude . Unreliable, did nothing we paid them for from basic giving the tenants a copy of their contract and deposit information to refusing to pay the tenants back their deposit after they moved out. They constantly ignored emails , made a huge fuss about having to do viewing on weekends and then did not show up for viewers . Their communication was none existent . I have never ever worked with a company so blatantly useless . How do they even have any client base at all . We left as soon as we could and would never use them again even if they were marketing my dream home I just would not trust them . The amount of lies we were told , it was quite sad .
