We are renting out our property and have decided to appoint Bridgfords in Chorley as our letting agent because their service (from rental valuation to viewings) so far has been excellent. From the moment I placed my Enquiry on their website, the team (Lyndsy, Katie and Adrian) has been proactive, friendly and helpful. Adrian, one of the letting negotiators who I have been communicating with has been helpful, patient and professional. He has helped me with all the questions and concerns I have had. Our initial contact with Louise, Brigford's manager, was very positive. She gave us confidence that she and her team would be able to sell our property quickly. Within a week we had secured an above asking price offer! Jane was in charge of our sale and was exceptional. She is very professional, yet friendly, and was a great support to us throughout. She advocated for us unstintingly and kept us informed of progress at every stage. We will never forget her!

Absolutely amazing service from Bridgfords Estates with my recent house move. Particular mention to Emma Mudd who was extremely professional in her approach throughout and kept up to date with all stages of the buying process. Her bubbly personality and sheer determination in seeing the sale through from start to completion, meant that the whole process was hassle and stress free. I cannot recommend Bridgfords or Emma highly enough for all their help and professionalism. Couldn't have done it without them!

Excellent, professional service from start to finish. Realistic, achievable sale price quoted for our house and we actually got a good offer on our first day of viewings. We were kept up to date on a weekly basis with how the sale was proceeding and the staff were always happy to answer any questions. The only negative thing I could say is that I now wish we had stuck with our original plan of going with Bridgfords solicitors, instead of going with a different firm - it would have been a lot easier (LOL, I can already here "I told you so" in the background ????????????)

Having just completed on my successful application for Tenancy following the recent and sudden death of both my Mum and Husband, I was taken through a journey of Care, Security and Understanding of the sudden Position I found myself in. It was my wish to move area to be closer to my daughters, when I was alerted to the ideal Property exactly where I was hoping to move to. I met up with Lyndsy McGlade, Senior Lettings Manager who showed me around the property and talked me through the process and in turn introduced me to Katie Summerfield, Lettings Negotiator, who took over the day-to-day step by step process from my application, all the relevant documents required, talked me through all the Checks, what was happening, when and why, requested and checked all my Documents, in fact, she thought of everything. Katie was and still is, as is Lyndsy, extremely professional and precise in everything they do. Nothing was or is too much trouble, and the advice and care continues to this day and onwards. Both Lyndsy and Katie are a perfect example of Professionalism, kindness and Customer Service at it’s best and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgford’s for anyone’s Letting Requirements. I have rented with bridgfords for just over 5years, whilst saving for a deposit. I had been property hunting for some time with no luck using other estate agents, i found one with bridgfords which unfortunately did not go through, however Emma has been super proactive and kept me informed with new properties that suited my needs. Once the ball began to roll, she continued to support me through the whole process. Emma and the team ensured to keep communication with me, emailing or ringing me of every step. Couldn't thank them enough and also thank you to Gemma at countrywide mortgages for supporting me with the mortgage process!
