Amy, very kindly assisted me with the purchase of my new property in August.
Tracy and Georgina provided focused and detailed weekly updates on the buy/sell chain progression which helped me with clearly understanding the status and therefore enabled me to plan accordingly.
The whole Ampthill team, including Daniel from the Bedford branch, were extremely helpful, honest, practical and unpretentious throughout the entire sales process.

Unfortunately we only had one viewing so very hard to review. Very professional when they valued the property, had updates but not every week but then also as no viewings hard to update.
Always professional when we rang and are considering re marketing in a few months and will go back to them for a valuation.

Recently sold our house through U&R Ampthill. Some parts of the chain were also using them so they took charge and valiantly lead the entire chain through to completion (without much input from the other agents involved). Friendly and professional from the start with Ollie who handles the valuation and getting you on the market, communication was so easy, happy to use WhatsApp when we were abroad, then Amy diligently managing the sales and viewings, and finally over to Georgina who was a complete superstar navigating the complexities of different parties involved (which was painful at times) to get us over the line. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (not that we’re ever moving again ????). Thank you.

We recently sold our home with Urban & Rural. The entire process from valuation to completion was handled very professionally with all the team members being both friendly and approachable. Of particular note were Oliver who guided and advised us through the valuation and going to market stage. Amy was brilliant handling the sale and showing clients around the house. Georgina then handled the process through to exchange and completion with stoicism when a number of hitches occurred along the way.

I have moved into Ampthill and my purchase was through this branch of Urban and Rural. Great service from all staff throughout the journey of the sale from start to finish. The sale was on the cusp of falling through but Amy and Briar went above and beyond to keep it going and to keep the vendor sweet. I could of negotiated the price abit more as the property was a dooer upper in alot of ways and I've had to spend alot to bring it up. However, it is Ampthill and at that point nothing was for sale anywhere and my house in Solihull had sold in 3 days of going live, so beggers can't be choosers. The prosecco and biscuits were a nice finishing touch to the sale but lol I explained im a Muslim and couldn't drink it :DD

From their first home visit with Oliver ,excellent sales with Amy , after the sale , lots of updates & phone calls to solicitors by Georgina & Ben always updating me with news . Couldn't recommend them highly enough & a chance here to thank them all for the great help selling my home.

We engaged Urban & Rural (Ampthill office), late September 2022. We were looking for our early retirement apartment in the Ampthill area.
Amy showed us to an apartment which fitted our requirements perfectly.
On the onset, Amy and Georgina were amazing and very supportive with updates, and visits to our prospective new apartment.
The whole process was very smooth with regular updates from both Amy and Georgina, which resulted in a successful exchange of contracts and completion.
