Looks like I forgot to review these cowboys years ago. Don't know if they've changed or not but I'd warn against renting off them from my past experience. If you want to take reviews seriously I'd advise reading them carefully.

Worst estate agents ever. I was told by friends that I would struggle to get my deposit back from this company but foolishly rented from them anyway. Not only are they trying to deduct from my deposit despite the agent who looked at the house stating it was fine they are also holding back overpaid rent which I’m due because I actually found them another tenant who took the tenancy over early. Please avoid this company they are dishonest and lacking any integrity whatsoever.

Amazing customer service. Really helpful when it came to renting a property we where intrested in and where very helpful when it came to questions about the property

Too many additional charges when tenancy ends. I stayed at 124 Dunsford close and they charged me for lot of things inside the home and outside too.. worst one i remember was handed over the key and after 3 days one of the member told me there is a small plant of 10cm with flowers close to driveway i have not cleared it and charged me additional 50£ for that. I told the guy i will come and clear it off but he told me still i am liable to pay 50£ for his next appointment to check the same which is cleared or not. I have professionally cleaned and painted and give still they deducted almost 1/2 of my deposit. Kindly not choose them.

We sold our house through Ridgeway and they were most polite, helpful and efficient. James and Daisy particularly were always available but if they weren't they returned calls and dealt quickly with any queries we had. Highly recommended.

I’ve just moved out of a rented property through Ridgeway and cannot fault the service I received throughout my tenancy. Debbie was professional and trustworthy, I had a bad experience with another estate agent and Debbie put me at ease straight away. Reasonable fees and policies and very responsive! Thank you for everything.

James was super helpful throughout the sale of my house. It wasn’t straightforward with my buyers but James made sure I was always kept up to date and he went over and above to keep things moving. I would 100% use James and Ridgeway again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
