Awful customer service, I called into branch to make an enquiry about a property. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and generally left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I would rather purchase with a different estate agent.

I sold a flat left to me in my aunts will,watsons were so helpful as i was completely new to the whole process and did not have a clue.Thanks to them it all went very well and i cant praise them enough for all they did.They went above and beyond for this sale and i would recommend them 100% to anyone who wants to buy or sell property.

We found Julie and Caroline to be friendly, courteous and very professional in their dealings with us. They went the extra mile and then some in order to resolve all the difficulties that occurred along the way. They faced some enormous challenges from outside agencies and yet remained calm and determined.
They had the perfect answer for all our queries and nothing phased them, truly an experienced team. Thank you both, we have nothing but praise for you.

Having originally bought my bungalow from Watsons of North Walsham some almost 20 years ago and after all those happy years I found I needed to sell and move to pastures new. It seemed only sensible to go back to the people I knew would give good service and I didn’t regret doing so and from start to finish, which was only a few weeks the customer service and coms. was as predicted ,excellent

Found Watson very good,had absolutely no problems with them, wasn’t happy with the state the property when we moved in but not really Watson’s fault should have made sure we had sorted that out with our Solicitor.

Watsons have recently been involved in our chain, albeit not our direct estate agent, however the team at the North Walsham branch were so informative to all those involved and nothing was ever too much. WE were given regular updates on the upper chain and they managed our expectations to the highest standards in a friendly manner. Moving is such a stressful process and we felt the service was fantastic and they went above and beyond to answer our questions and give us guidance. I would highly recommend Watsons and can guarantee you will be very well looked after. Thank you in particular to Caroline whom was so instrumental in getting our exchange agreed.

Watsons are in a league of their own! From start to finish they couldn’t have been more helpful. Ours was a problematic long chain, this did not phase the team, they were calm, professional, reassuring and helpful way beyond any previous experience l have had in dealing with estate agents. They give a whole new meaning to ‘go the extra mile‘ ! Highest recommendation!

Had a fantastic experience with this estate agent, Julie, Diane and Caroline have a wealth of knowledge between them and that completely shows.
My mother and I decided to move after 34 years in the same place, it was a tremendous upheaval for us both, but the calm and no pressure attitude from these guys was well needed. They were never too busy to answer any questions we had, and always put our mind at ease, it was an extremely personable experience, and they really are there for you, yes the sale is important but they truly care about getting it right for you not the other way round,,
Would recommend to anyone, and I already have!
