Following five months of unsuccessful efforts with another estate agent, they truly came through for me. I was amazed when they managed to sell my home within the first week. Having worked with many estate agents over the years, and having been stung by many broken chains caused by communication issues, it is fair to say that we felt there was plenty of room for improvement. Having worked with James Millard on our recent sale and purchase, our opinion has completely changed. Professional, responsive, friendly and pragmatic. They worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy, and secured the house of our dreams. Whilst I'm thrilled that we have found our forever home, I'm a little disappointed that this means we won't have the pleasure of working with James Millard again.

Selling our house through James Millard was definitely the right decision. We had bought our house from them in 2005 and didn't hesitate to contact them again when we decided to move. Selling a property can be an anxious time and they made sure that our experience was as smooth as possible by offering expert advice and guidance at all times. Being a family-led organisation, all members of the team are friendly, highly professional and provide an excellent service. They kept us in the picture throughout the process; regular communication with the client is clearly an important part of their ethos and is equally important to the client. We would highly recommend James Millard to anyone buying or selling property in the Westerham area. They have high standards which they uphold by the staff they employ.

The team at James Millard are just fantastic. They were incredibly efficient and on the ball with everything. Proactive in my purchase and patient and supportive with my sale through another agent. Very impressed by the professional and diligent service we received through the whole process. We had an honest assessment of the current local property situation, received valuable advice on property presentation and have got to say the photographers the agents used were superb. All viewings were managed with common sense. However where I feel the agents really excelled were once the property was actually sold and the role of the “progression manager” who kept us updated over the five month period from sale to completion. At no point did I ever feel the need to have to chase things up as Linda, the progressions manager kept use fully in the loop. Overall very impressed by all the staff at James Millard.

Justine and the team were amazing. From their first visit to my house, to finally handing in my keys, I felt supported and informed. Such lovely people to work with, I was able to ask any question with complete confidence. I really felt the team had my best interests at heart and they provided me with a marvellous contact for legal support also. My sale went through without a hitch and in record time. It was an emotional time for me, but the girls made it manageable and I can't thank them enough.

From my first meeting with Justine and through the whole journey with the selling of the property we were put at ease and kept updated all the way . Every member of staff at James Millard was professional and caring . I would like to also mention Sophie,Donna,Kelly,and Linda who all worked tirelessly. Each one contributed their knowledge and understanding to the highest level and also Jaiden on the day we exchanged,completed and moved out who was caring towards my wife Annabel . House purchase is not an easy ride but James Millard has the professional staff who make that ride smoother against all odds. I have had experiences with other agents in the past and James Millard is well ahead of their game. Thank you for every thing.

I was so impressed with the team at James Millard, they took out all of the stress of selling my property and buying a new one. The whole team are so friendly and helpful, when you call up they are all up to date on your case which really helped me. They were so professional throughout the whole process. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help. They are the reason we are in our dream home ! I won’t be buying again anytime soon but if we did I wouldn’t hesitate to contact James Millard. Special mention to Linda, Kelly, Sophie and Neil for being amazing !
