I would just like to say a massive thank you to the team at Crystal Peaks. I have just completed on the purchase of my new home today. There were a few hiccups during the purchase but whenever I made contact to discuss the team were always friendly and responded as fast as possible with updates, and always in a very friendly manner to take the stress out of a stressful situation.

We put our house up for sale mid-November and had a few views but then after a special effort to promote the property on boxing day we had quite a few wanting to view and it sold quite quickly in January. Completion was 11th March so not a great deal of time to wait.
Annette and team were very professional, very friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole prossess , which we very much appreciated as we had never sold a property before and felt quite nieve and green around the gills .

Annette is a star, she went above and beyond she saved our move day, I don’t know what we would have done without her, she spent 5 hours on the phone against our solicitor and fought our corner, and without her, I would still be waiting for my completion date, what a star, ?? thank you Annette we will always be grateful for what you did for us, all of this and I wasn’t her client, I was purchasing from her client, doesn’t get better than that 5 ??

A year or so ago, I started to make enquiries with estate agents regarding selling my Mother's property. I won't go into why, but I didn't go ahead at that time. However, one person that I met stood out from the rest and I had no compunction in going straight back to Kelly at William H Brown at Crystal Peaks. Kelly is professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. She was extremely supportive of me and has made the process of getting the paperwork sorted out, very easy. The property is yet to be sold, but I'm certain that both I and the property are in safe hands.

I recently had the misfortune of attempting to buy a property through the Crystal Peaks branch in Sheffield. The property was a shared ownership which wasn’t mentioned in the listing and I wasn’t informed of at the time and is now back up for sale and the advert STILL does not show this information which is misleading to buyers.
Lois who I dealt with, apparently has more knowledge than a solicitor with 18 years experience of the various legal processes involved in buying a property so really should consider a career change. Instead of actually phoning the solicitor for updates she was far too busy ringing me to tell me my solicitor was useless and was doing everything wrong. I’d presume she was also having a lovely time forcing her completely and utterly wrong and slanderous opinions on the sellers of the property seeing as they stated unless we changed solicitor despite being mere days from completion they’d pull out of the sale which has now happened.
Having emailed Lois a few weeks ago asking her not to contact me anymore after she’d again rang and told me my solicitor was useless then threatened that the sellers would pull out of the sale unless I told my solicitor that she wasn’t doing her job properly she continued to contact me, even using her personal mobile after I’d blocked the office number on my phone.
I can honestly say the relief I feel that the sale has fallen through far outweighs the disappointment due to being constantly patronised, spoken to like I’m an idiot and being told my solicitor is useless at her job. The last few months have been hell having to attempt to deal with this woman who is unprofessional, rude, condescending and is totally and utterly wrong in her uninformed, unwanted and at times ridiculous opinions of the legal processes for purchasing a property and she has cost me time, money and my own health by doing so.
