Avoid if you are a seller.....In my case... A complete lack of customer care and service. Several emails not responded to. No reduction in fees for overpricing. Its not the value of the property that is the issue it was their tactics to secure my custom. Over valuing properties without local knowledge of the area they are advertising in (in my case). No offer of explanation or apology. Due to complete next week. Personally wouldn't sell through this branch in the future. Props to Michelle for being a lovely lady to deal with on the few occasions I have spoke to her.

I highly recommend the staff at John Francis if your looking to sell your property, or buy. As a seller, I found Chloe to be very professional, punctual and polite and the service they provide is top notch, they go above and beyond. Any further buying or selling will most certainly be done with John Francis

We went to view a house and the estate agent Rachel was very informative, very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her. We also came back for a second visit and Rachel sorted out a few issues we had with the house. Rachel is an asset to John Francis Estate Agents, you need to hold on to this lady.

We were unsure how best to sell our home to achieve the quick sale that we required. Katie from John Francis was great with her valuation and getting a nice listing up on the website. She suggested we sell via the "modern auction method" with their I AM SOLD collaboration.
Everything worked very well. There were a few very minor delays on account of some lender issues, but on the whole we were kept well informed by I AM SOLD & Dylan at JF Pontardawe. The price received was a little under the initial valuation but a very fair price overall. The I AM SOLD method gives the buyer impetus to complete in a timely manner, which is mainly a good thing from a seller's perspective.
We are very grateful to you all for getting everything sorted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone selling by this method and through this agent.

The staff at John Francis, Aberaeron are outstanding! Our move to Wales ended up being a prolonged and stressful process and, throughout, we knew we could rely on the help and support given by all the staff. If it hadn't been for their tenacity and determination to get us 'over the line', we would still be wondering if a Welsh relocation was even possible!

Incompetent service to us as buyers. Our offer rejected but we were not informed. No reply to our email confirming our property sold. Manager clueless as to why we were treated this way. 1 star too much.

I set the team a very hard challenge and they delivered. Throughout all the time it took to sell my house, the team kept me informed on what was going on. They were very helpful, approachable and easy to work with. An A1 service and team and would happily use them again.
