We've just completed on our first home with Michael Graham and it was flawless. The suggested houses were exactly what we were looking for and they offered advice and support throughout the journey. Their communication was brilliant, they encouraged everyone involved to keep on top of their workload and even after completing have been a great help in those last minute questions! Highly recommend Michael Graham. Jo and Richard kept me calm during a very emotional sale and dealt with everything efficiently and professionally. Things often go wrong during house moves, and problems arise, but Jo and Richard both helped me navigate it. They can’t remove the stress but they can certainly help!

We recently engaged Michael Graham to sell our property having already agreed to buy a new house.
They were very professional through all the stages in the process. The brochure / website was brilliant, particularly the photographs which made the property look aspirational.
They quickly attracted the right kind of viewers and offers were made in excess of the guide price one of which we accepted.
The team managed the buyer and kept in contact with the legal teams involved, which ensured that the sale was completed in a timely manner with no issues, which meant that we only had to bridge for a couple of weeks. We are now happily ensconced in our new property and would like to thank the great team at Michael Graham for a splendid job.

I recently bought a property through Michael Graham and they were fantastic at ensuring it all went through. There were quite a few obstacles and the process took quite a long time but Jo especially was extremely conscientious, helpful and determined to ensure it completed! I don't think it would have been done as well if it wasn't for Jo, I can't thank her enough. The whole team were very nice whenever I phoned if Jo wasn't available and always passed on messages and were very communicative.

The team at Michael Graham Towcester have been super. Our sale took quite a while but the team were continually cheerful and helpful. We were away from the house a lot during the sale but we were always confident that the staff at Michael Graham would conduct viewings and let us know of any problems at the house.
