I used Mallards to sell my house this year, Alun the director personally come out to value my house. He was very reassuring and experienced.
Angie, Dawn and Victoria in the office were very friendly and always returned phoned calls and always at hand to give good advice when needed, I found them very genuine.
I would use Mallards again and 100% would recommend to friends and family.

Sold our house in less than a week. Very professional and always kept in touch. would use them again.
Make sure you get a number of valuations. These valued the house at its best.

Mallard Ammanford branch - Incompetent and very unprofessional! They don't seem to care about vendors or buyers, had awful experiences with them! We put an offer in a property a few months back they emailed to say great news the vendor accepted our offer, Dawn also stated "I am so pleased for you all" and within hours were told they contacted someone else that had put a lower offer in the property previously explaining that we were successful to get them to up their offer which they did and we didn't get the house! After stating they were so pleased for us all. They didn't even allow a day to get our prove of funds together but we had exchanged all other information needed. Corrupt estate agents who lack basic language and people skills. Provide very poor customer service, do not use unless you want to waste your time and money.

Awful customer service! Rude and impolite. Strung us along for months with a property and then decided to give to another applicant. Claimed they did not receive references which we have proof they did. Impersonal emails no Dear or Hi. I suggest the staff need a complete overhaul and training. Overprice their properties, we found exactly the same property in the same estate for £100 cheaper. One of their staff members looked me up on facebook which is completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
