Our move to Wales ended up being a prolonged and stressful process and, throughout, we knew we could rely on the help and support given by all the staff. If it hadn't been for their tenacity and determination to get us 'over the line', we would still be wondering if a Welsh relocation was even possible!

Moving House is supposedly one of the most stressful occasions ... Well far from it when you use this incredible estate agent! I cannot recommend highly enough the care, professional, help and most of all the 'human touch' both Serena and Ben displayed in their customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and each query was dealt with promptly and efficiently!
From start to finish, despite all the challenges bought about during the pandemic, everything went smoothly and any issues that came along were dealt with accordingly! Thank you both of you for making our transition to Wales such a wonderful experience and enabling us to purchase our new home to begin a brand new chapter in our lives!

This became a more 'complicated' sale through no fault of John Francis or myself - l must say that that the team Ben, Serena, Kelly and Kurt supported me through this in every way they could to bring everything through to a straightforward sale as they could in these complicated times. They dealt with my stress and guided me through step by step. I thank them wholeheartedly for their dedicated and personal service. John Francis do care and do deliver.

Refreshing to visit an agent that still has customer service. Was greeted by a lady (Serena) who was very helpful and informative, followed up by a viewing with Ben, who too was very helpful, and didn't rush us in and out.
Found this very refreshing after other local agents seemed to be very dismissive and aloof.
Well done to them for not forgetting customer service in the middle of a boom. Won't forget this if we should need to use a local agent.

An amazing office of professionals. They went above & beyond the normal help offered by Estate Agents.
Without the help of Kurt, Ben Serena & Kelly the final stage of the sale could have fallen through. They worked tirelessly & after hours to ensure completion & to help our buyers personally.

We had previously been online with other agents and they did not offer a good service at all in comparison to our experience with John Francis.
From the first phone call with Ben and then Kelly coming out to see the property we knew it was going to be ok and we felt so much happier! They took care of everything and all of the team went above and beyond to help us.
After a more than a year with previous agents, we got a sale in a month of instructing John Francis and we believe this was all down to their customer service and professional but friendly manner they conduct their business.
If you’re wondering who to choose then please take it from us and use John Francis. Big thanks to the Aberaeron team!

Kelly was very helpful and professional throughout the sale. Helen deserves a medal for her patience. Considering it is such a difficult time at present with covid everything went smoothly. Great communication. Would definitely recommend them.

The service provided by Kelly, Serena and the rest of the team was extremely good. The sale of the house was beset by difficulties and delays, caused largely by successive Covid lockdowns, but they were diligent, communicative and professional throughout, and managed the process to a successful conclusion. They were also a pleasure to deal with.
