Good solid company to deal with during a stressful time, responsive to questions and concerns during our selling and purchase. Professional from start to finish, Georgina, Jake and Chloe were exceptional in their roles as well as being a great team. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Very helpful and efficient staff. Jake was so friendly and helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Any queries big or small were answered very quickly. What a fantastic experience we've had! Jake and Georgina have been amazing to us, we had a very bad experience with a different local company and this was completely different. We went in store and met with Georgina she was so helpful and informative and found us several properties to view. Viewing the properties we met with Jake he was friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Also we spoke with the in-house mortgage advisor Elliott who was also super helpful. All in all a very professional and friendly run estate agency, if we ever look to sell we know straight where we're going!

The experience as a whole has been a very positive one. I showed interest In multiple properties and once I had my enquires, theywere dealt with by the branch manager, Chloe. She took my interest to the vendors of the properties I was interested in and came back with lots of options to view that same day.
Georgina was the agent who showed us round and again this was a pleasant experience. She seemed to know much about each of the vendors, and had a very honest answer to any question we asked her which was very important for us to make our decision. Furthermore the aftercare was thorough which consisted of followup calls / appointment offers and information packs which we could refer to in our own time.
Above all else in our whole buying experience, I would choose john Francis over their competitors every time thanks to how easy they have made the process for us so far. No complaints for their customer service.
