I was relocating to Pembrokeshire from Cardiff. I had looked at several properties with Sara although none were suitable. Sara would always let me know if anything suitable came to market and nothing was an inconvenience for her. The property I purchased eventually was listed with several estate agents - as I had such an excellent experience with Sara I purchased the property using Sara and team as I thought they throughly deserved the sale. Sara is relaxed and professional , excellent local knowledge and a real asset to John Francis.

We cannot speak highly enough of the staff at John Francis Pembroke. They were highly professional from beginning to end of selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble any problems were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Sara and if she was not in the office by either Haydn or latterly by Nathan.We felt that they went above and beyond what would be expected we are very grateful.

The team at John Francis Pembroke were welcoming as soon as we walked through the door putting us at ease. As first time buyers they guided us through the process and were in constant contact with us via phone and email. Big thanks to Sara Jones who dealt personally with our very stressful situation and went above and beyond in contacting parties to help speed everything along. We were never brushed off at any point and to that we are very grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend the exceptional team at John Francis Pembroke! Our journey included both selling our previous home and purchasing our current property with them.
Through the ups and downs, including a previous sale falling through, Sara's dedication shone. From experiencing a sale that fell through, to Sara scheduling over 10 viewings in 48 hours and successfully re-selling the house during the second viewing, and even navigating through an extremely challenging solicitor, we honestly couldn't have managed it without her! John Francis Pembroke recently sold a property for me. Haydn, Liz and rest of the team provided a great service.
Haydn knows the local property market like the back of his hand and puts a strong emphasis on client care. His standard of service was excellent.
Liz provided faultless client service - she kept me updated at all stages, was very responsive and was always helpful with any queries I had.
In summary, Haydn and Liz combined strong knowledge of the local property market, a robust understanding of the conveyancing process along with excellent client care. They always pick up the phone with anything requiring discussion rather than hiding behind email. Most importantly, they are genuinely nice people to deal with.
JF Pembroke was recommended to me a few years ago and they then sold a property for me in 2021. The strength of service ensured I came back to them to sort another sale in 2022. It goes without saying that if selling any property in future I would want them involved. I will also continue to recommend them to others.
