The team at Fine and Country are amazing! Paula, Debbie and Nikki are incredibly professional, excellent communicators and very proactive. Debbie, it has to be said, is a superstar. I have bought and sold a fair few houses but never had such incredible sales progression support. Why go anywhere else when you could choose this 6 star team!

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the Bishops Stortford office of Fine and Country on the sale of our property .In fact they found buyers from their interested client list and the property only went on the open market for a short period.
For various reasons the transaction was far from easy , indeed stressful(for us and F&C) might be a better description , and took virtually a year to complete, this through no fault of F&C.
During the whole period Paula and Debbie , assisted by Paul , were very professional, courteous and diligent .They proved very good negotiators in respect of both our sale and purchase .Their regular contact with the other professionals on both sides was invaluable in progressing the sale.
Sincere thanks to the F&C team.

Generally there is a perception of Estate Agents which is often less than complementary. I can only speak of my personal experience with the sale of our property expertly managed by Paula & Debbie at Fine & Country Bishop's Stortford. Selling our home of 20+ years during a period of time when the Government turned the economy on its head and all but destroyed the financial markets was never going to be easy, and it wasn't, our buyers had to jump through hoops to secure their funding and there was all the usual issues with surveys, reports, and solicitors which added to the stress. The professionalism of Paula and Debbie was exemplary, both with the sale of our property, and helping us with issues on the home we moved to. These experts in their field could not possibly be labeled with the title of a common or garden estate agent they are Home Transplant Consultants, and we are very grateful to have had them on our side.
