We couldn't have asked for more from Lee at Allen & Harris Devizes and were so lucky to have him on our case.
My partner and I, as first time buyers, buying a property which was vacant with no chain thought it would be relatively plain sailing, unfortunately we seemed to hit every hurdle possible but Lee was there every step of the way working tiresomely to get everything sorted. Nothing was too much for him, he answered every email, query, sorted every enquiry and he went above and beyond for us right to the end. I cant thank him enough and highly recommend him. Abi was looking after our purchase.
As first time buyers there was many questions but Abi took the lead guiding us through the process and always on the end of the phone for every step.
She went above and beyond chasing solicitors and keeping us up to date with all the information to get the sale completed swiftly and always with a smile.

After having a bad experience beforehand I was unsure about using Allen and Harris Devizes but I couldn’t recommend them more. Lee who is the branch manager was amazing at communicating and chasing up the solicitors. If it wasn’t for his dedication and knowledge I would have lost my sale and purchase! James Morten-Scott also deserves to be recognised as he is amazing at his job and his knowledge helped me avoid fees that I didn’t need to pay! Thanks again to Lee and James!!
