Very bad service!!! No responsibility at all...!!! They don't do proffesional cleaning or touch up before handing over keys. They are such irresponsible team who dosnt keep promises or finish work on time...!!

Multiple mistakes along the renting process including moving into a dirty house and giving false personal information to energy companies...Landlords agreed to let us leave contract early but it's now been 3 weeks and we haven't gotten our money back, that was supposed to be given back in 5-7 working days. Allen & Harris say that the landlords have our money and they are chasing them but it's hard to believe, nor is it professional. This is money we have been asking for for almost 2 months that was needed to be able to move into another property. We made these circumstances clear to the team but they are not only lacking compassion in their communication with us, but are now not following promises either. NOT good customer service, and from reading other reviews I get the impression that there is preferential treatment of certain clients, while others are not given any respect or empathy.

Allen and Harris - BATH office - EXCELLENT. All attention to detail, all staff courteous and very efficient. Been a landlady for 17 years in Bath now- this team were amazing they found my new tenant, vetting, etc . Fees very competitive too. Nisha, Corey, Zach - well done. Would HIGHLY recommend - JR Bath.

My partner and I have been renting through Allen and Harris for just over a year. In that time we have had fantastic communication and response to any query we have raised or needed discussing. We have recently gone through a large leak situation in our property, the response and turn around to ensure our property was safe and clean once again has been second to none. Every member of team I have dealt with, including the maintenance team/workmen have been great. The leaked happened late at night and team members were at the property until the early hours, refusing to leave until the situation was resolved (even refusing to let me buy them dinner as a thank you) I honestly couldn’t recommend the team enough for property management and customer care.

Really happy with the service at Allen and Harris. I have had multiple issues with the house but they have been efficiently and effectively sorted out by the team. Ash in particular has been very helpful making everything run smoothly. Would recommend.
