Terrible service throughout the whole process. Just went with them as I was virtually assured of a quick sale with Agent having three clients that the property would suit.
I had to take over the viewings as the Agent did not leave the property as it should be.
Very poor value for money service.

I'm a tennant with Mike Rogerstone and have been for seven years now, im treated fairly and well, my repairs are always carried out maybe not the quickest but they've alot of tenants they always get the issue sorted. Im happy with no complaints.

Terrible terrible service no heating for over a week now and have been told it will still be another week as they are busy. 5 month pregnant and a 7 year old freezing cold and spoke to a lady called Michelle at Ashington branch to ask if it can be fixed straight said well it is what it is. I couldnt believe what I was hearing no empathy, helpfulness or professionalism what so ever!
