I've been searching for an investment property for a number of months now, and Matt at Morris Dibben has been the only letting agent who has kept in contact on a regular basis. He's given me a huge amount of advice on what makes the right rental property, and everything else I need to know as a first time landlord. At the beginning of the letting experience with MD, I'd never had a more pleasurable letting experience. However, upon depature of the property, MD have lied to me and the landlord about verbal agreements made at the beginning of the tenancy. I wouldn't trust this letting agent. Be careful about using them.
