The whole team at Ross Nicholas were cheerful, efficient and helpful. I was a buyer for a property in Highcliffe and, although not technically their client, every assistance was given to me to get this very difficult chain through to purchase. Ross Croucher in particular liaised with my agent and solicitors beyond the call of duty with his inside knowledge and experience to keep everyone in tandem which resulted in hugely reduced stress levels. The sale would not have happened without his dedication and quiet tenacity, remaining polite to everyone. Thank you Ross Nicholas. I would highly recommended this company.

We used Ross Nicholas and Company to sell my late father's house. We were very pleased with the service. Ross Croucher visited the property in April 2022 to give the market appraisal. We were impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. His valuation of the property was spot on. The marketing was excellent with a professional photographer used including for aerial drone views and a matterport scan to allow 3D viewing inside the property. This was important as it was a high value property and needed to be shown to it's best advantage. The marketing and viewing period was very quick with a number of viewings secured and an offer accepted at the asking price from a cash buyer. The sale was completed incredibly quickly by mid July. Ross monitored progress and kept us informed. Everything went extremely smoothly from start to finish.

Dreadful Commercial Department. Firstly, as most estate agents, almost impossible to get through. No problem.. But then they keep properties that are under offer or gone on Rightmove, so you end up wasting time researching an area and looking at floor plans of a place that isn't even available. "Oh it's just gone under offer"... Right.. Like "Oh, your taxi is JUST on it's way".... In my opinion they leave properties like this on the market so that a) you call in and they can take your details and b) for a bit of "brand presence". Dreadful. We wont use them again and we have 31 properties and are looking all the time.

Sincere thanks. You may indeed feel it unfair in my saying it was hard to get hold of you, especially when you are armed with your knowledge that I got through on the first attempt. Sadly your knowledge is completely incorrect, I had called on Monday and on Tuesday I had called again and been put through to a different branch (I assume, the lady said everyone was on the phone or out, ask her). It's a little ridiculous you feel I would write "hard to get hold of" after speaking with you on the first try. Further, whilst it may be your "best practice" not to take properties off of right move until KYC's are complete (though there is nothing in legislation that mandates this), most agents (especially the good ones) at the very least mark the property as "Under Offer". This saves us, your potential customers looking for a place that ISNT under offer, wasting a tremendous amount of time, and leaving you with the people who are happy or have the time to chase properties that ARE under offer calling in to you.
