We bought a property through Marchand Petit in Modbury and the service from the whole team went above and beyond our expectations. We dealt mainly with Debs Cole- who was great at keeping us updated with progress reports and smoothing the way through what was quite a tricky purchase . We were particularly appreciative of how she was available for chats -with prompt call backs if she was out of the office. We would highly recommend Marchand Petit and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our recent purchase of a property in St Annes Chapel was handled with professionalism by Debs Cole, the assistant manager at Marchand Petit's Modbury office. Debs kept us fully informed throughout the transaction and dealt with the inevitable issues and delays with skill and enthusiasm. I doubt if the purchase would have completed without her input throughout. I would recommend M and P to anyone selling or buying a property.

The talented team at Modbury did an outstanding job in selling our house and achieving the full market value. They managed the whole protracted process with great skill and sensitivity, reassuring us constantly that things were on track; I have not had the experience of working with an agent previously that was so skilled in managing its clients. Perhaps most importantly, the valuation of our property was significantly higher and more accurate than the other agents we approached. You simply won't get such a detailed understanding of the market, local conditions and finding genuinely interested buyers anywhere else. Debbie was simply superb throughout, and the whole group work as a team. This is a truly excellent estate agent.
