Great experience using Romans in Yateley. Jack & Dan made the whole process really straightforward and I sold within 2 weeks of working with them. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to sell!

I have been very pleasantly surprised in all my dealings with Romans so far. They have been extremely professional throughout my current selling process and have always been on hand to advise and help wherever possible. They've made the process simple and hassle-free and have really put me at ease throughout what is generally a really stressful time. All the staff are friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and tirelessly to sell our house and not the 'typical' estate agent I was expecting. I highly recommend Romans

My parents have just purchased a bungalow through Romans and once again, their service has been amazing. I have previously sold through Romans twice and they always provide excellent customer service. The extra special mention goes to Catherine (Move Manager) who keeps everyone updated and pulls the chain together right through to the day of completion!

I felt, in hindsight, that the valuation was higher than could be realistically achieved in the present market. Most estate agents seem to be doing the same though. My only real criticism of them is that I did not feel they were knowledgeable enough about our house to answer buyers questions. The feedback I got from the viewers through them was mainly concerning price being too high. We reduced the price but there was little difference in viewers attitude. I feel that high interest rates and a looming recession are what is truly damaging the housing market right now though.

have been exceptional throughout and although Dan wasnt dealing with my sale he was always there to step in, in Kyles absence. Would highly recommend this estate agency if you're looking to sell your property.

From the very beginning of our journey selling our house with Romans Estate Agents in Yateley, we were consistently surprised and delighted by their outstanding service. It's not often you come across a team so dedicated to professionalism and excellence.
Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure. They were always on time, exceedingly polite, and demonstrated an eagerness to go the extra mile. What we appreciated the most was their willingness to help without ever making us feel pressured. This is a rare quality in the real estate industry, and Romans Estate Agents personified it perfectly.
Although our plans changed and we were unable to complete the sale, this in no way reflects the exceptional service we received from Romans. In fact, they successfully sold our house, but due to an unforeseen shift in our circumstances, we had to withdraw. Very pleased with the service from Romans. As a first time buyer I had no clue but was supported throughout the process. After visiting a few properties with no success Dan Fleming reached out to us with one that ticked all the boxes before it was put on the market which I am so grateful for.
