Leon Gullis was incredibly helpful as an estate agent. I could contact him at any time with questions re: my purchase. He was incredibly helpful and has great liaison skills with other agencies, such as I am Sold.He is swift to answer e.mails and to process any admin required. He even provided me with details of the flat to send on to my elderly father, who appreciated that thoughtful touch. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Fox and Sons to others who are moving home in the Somerset area. I was nervous and specifically of the purchasing process, it being many years since I have moved home and Fox and Sons and in particular, Leon Gullis at the Crewkerne Branch, made the angst of moving far more bearable. Thank you for everything.

After a protracted seven months, I've just completed on the sale of my property through Fox and Sons. My linchpin throughout this stressful process has been Leon Gullis in the Crewkerne office. I call him 'Mr Positivity' because he remains cheerful and approachable even on those difficult days. His enthusiasm and hard work wins the day in the end. When my original purchasers backed out, he found new buyers within a two-week deadline which enabled me to continue with the purchase of my own dream home. Thanks so much Leon.

Recently viewed and made a conditional offer on a property that we wished to purchase. Somehow this process was extended with multiple flimsy reasons to gather more viewings and interest from the market (which I understand from a sellers perspective). My issue was lack of communication, it seemed like I was doing the leg work to stay informed on the progress. After dragging their heels I received a call to inform me the seller has gone with someone else leaving no room for negotiation.
I think the whole process was handled very poorly and I certainly won't be returning to look at properties with this agent.
