Hi I am really annoyed how have been treated as a customer in the process of buying a property from Kirkham. I gave a higher price from what the asking price was and also said if you get a higher price from what I have given will increase my offer. On repeatedly ringing the sales person was told that they haven't been able to get in touch with the seller and once they have will let me know. So waited for a few days and rang them again on which was told that the property has been sold at a higher price and when asked that why didn't anyone let me know they had no explanation. I believe they just didn't want to sell me the property and have done a under table deal with another seller.... Read more

I had them round to value my property in November 2022. I sold it through another agent but let me tell what this agent did wrong. They ignored my first email request for a valuation. They ignored my first voicemail request for a valuation. Jay came to value. He seemed very professional but valued the property £5k less than it actually sold for. Not going with Kirkham Chadderton was an easy decision and the right one.... Read more
