Rang to enquire about a new local development via the developers, heard nothing, couldn't get hold of them. Several weeks later got a call from Ryder & Dutton in Rochdale, missed the call and returned the call to them explaining I was looking to enquire about a development. Awful attitude from the lady on the phone, (Lauren?) not helpful at all. "You do know you have to sell your property first" but the properties won't be built for 6 months!! All I wanted was a viewing. She didn't know if the developer would part-ex (but gave her opinion of probably not) despite insisting my current property be sold first, couldn't give me a date that I could have a viewing, would get back to me (maybe) at some undetermined date in the future. Said some of the plots were already sold (no idea how, can't even get hold of them). Tried arranging a visit with a financial advisor despite me already having finances in place, got shirty when I said that it had taken a long time to get back to me and that I didn't need these services. So unprofessional. Spoke to several other local developers who were very easy to deal with in complete contrast.

Throughout the whole process she was professional and prompt , ensuring all parties had the massive amounts of questions answered , it was an all round quality experience …. Hi, this is the first time I've rented with Ryder and Dutton, an I just wanted to thank Samantha Whalen firstly for helping me in getting this house to rent an keeping me informed with every step of the whole process, forms to fill in etc she was very professional. I also want to give a Massive Thank you to Nicole O’Brien who has then taken this over and dealt with any issues in a prompt way, she is lovely to speak to and great customer service, she's always kept me informed and chased things up for me, nothing is too much trouble for her, so happy with her service and would highly recommend this company.

We just sold our house through Ryder and Dutton. Lauren Coomber was our lead sales advisor and she led from the front. Although the sale was a bit long-winded, though not through any of her fault, we got there in the end. She always kept us up-to-date with every step of the way. Even when she was busy she made it a point to get back to us. She was approachable, courteous, efficient and throughly professional. She was an all-around star.

Very good support provided by the whole team at Ryder and Dutton during the recent sale of my property.
In particular I would like to mention Nida Qayyum specifically. Nida’s highly professional, optimistic and endlessly cheerful nature was such an excellent support to me during what has at times been a challenging process due to people’s worries about mortgages, cost of living etc.
I would recommend Nida without reservation.
