To be honest I approached looking for a new place to live with a little trepidation. We all hear the horror stories. BUT my dealings with the Team at Henry Adams were flawless. Alex and Steph were both professional and friendly. Always making themselves available, returning calls and emails. I was looking for someone based in and who understood the area I was looking to move to and I found them. The welcome box and card is a lovely touch as well. It all makes a big difference when you're in the middle of what is usually a stressful situation. Highly recommended.

After having some less than positive experiences with lettings agents elsewhere in the past I can honestly say how refreshing and lovely it was to deal with Henry Adams. Alex was fantastic from the start, with his open, honest and consistent communication, friendliness and helpfulness. I could not have asked for more. Steph was great on my moving in day, even helping out with a delivery which arrived before I'd got the keys and being incredibly patient and understanding! I am so happy in my new home and it's all thanks to the fab team at Henry Adams in Storrington, I'm so grateful guys!
