Awful. Made an offer on a probate property (cash) with no response. Had the feeling there was something not quite right - heard nothing for over a week. Fox's said that they could not contact the family. We had a hunch that the offer had not been put forward. They eventually said the offer had been refused. Lo and behold now looking at HMLR sold prices website the property was sold for £20k LESS than our offer so the family has lost out on £20K. BEWARE!!!!!

I made the mistake of going with Fox and Sons last May, and they turned out to be terrible. I dumped them and went with another estate agent. That would have been the end of it, and I wouldn't have left a bad review but... I specifically asked for them to remove my details from their system, and not receive any marketing. Low and behold, I started receiving marketing calls. So, here's my review of them; Terrible photos, and I had to take my own high def' ones in the end, and even those, they managed to pixelate and screw up when they put them on the web. Even though I showed them round, they kept sending agents to viewings who hadn't been here before, and had no idea where anything was (a large sprawling property). They push all their own financial services and conveyancers, who are rubbish, and have numerous bad reviews on the internet. I had no idea who was in charge, or who I was dealing with from week to week, and they lied about their database of potential buyers. In any case, if I receive any more marketing calls from them I am reporting them to the police for harassment. Don't use them.

Can't recommend enough. I got an offer within a week of putting my house up for sale. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Great estate agents.

Recently had offer accepted through Fox and sons in Bexhill after a very long property search using multiple different agencies. Viewing arranged promptly by Charles and then met Tyler who showed me round the property. Dealing with genuine, honest people like Tyler definitely encouraged me to offer and so I want to give credit to her professionalism, genuine interest in what I was looking for and for dealing with any queries about the property. What an asset to the team she is! Offer put in to Eddy who was a really good guy to deal with. I have dealt with so many agents and not all are the same so I have to give fox and sons credit for the great team they have at the bexhill branch. Thank you all so much!

I did not plan to move to Bexhill, until Tyler from Fox and Sons showed me around town on our tour of three properties!! She was very professional, helpful, enthusiastic. Also great support from Charles, on the phone. Thank you!! Now I can't wait to live in Bexhill!! maryann in St Leonards on Sea

I'm not actually a customer of Fox and Sons, I gave them a chance when I was looking for an Estate agent in Bexhill but Charles cancelled the appointment then failed to show for the next, when he did eventually show up I decided not to go with them, mainly for the bad reviews on here and also the fee was 0.5% higher commission than most of their competitors
The most annoying thing is is that I'm still constantly bombarded with underhand calls asking to drop my current Estate agent and go with them
After repeatedly and politely asking to take my details off the system go ignored I have had to make an official complaint to their Headoffice, if that doesn’t work I will contact the Ombudsman

I first got in touch with fox and sons Bexhill about purchasing a property and since that they have introduced me to Stephen the mortgage advisor who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole buying process. Making it seamless and effortless on my behalf. Any questions I had he had the answer and I'm glad to have him through all of my mortgage processes with a one of payment. Also 5 out of 5 stars for the staff of fox and sons Bexhill and Hastings as they always fitted me in for a viewing quickly and super polite people aswell and any questions other than a mortgage they were also very in the know.

Thankyou to the whole team, they supported our sale & move from start to finish.
The whole team were fantastic managing our sale, dealing with viewings, maintaining momentum on the buyer & their solicitor.
The team are so efficient, friendly yet professional and really went above and beyond for us.
Stephen helped us find the right mortgage for our move, he worked tirelessly and kept us informed (and calm) throughout the journey.
Eddy & Charlie's were so helpful and informative with my endless emails & phone calls with questions. They answered all my questions, patient when I didn't understand & always kept me informed when we were waiting for answers or steps from other parties.

Amazing experience with Fox and Sons Bexhill branch, helped me finally secure my flat today after a long process. Both Eddy and Charles were with my from the start and all the way to the end, always available when I needed to speak to them and were always quick to respond when emailed. I couldn’t recommend them enough and made the transaction as smooth as it possibly can be, I also had my mortgage advisor through Fox and Sons and he (Imran) was originally from the Eastbourne branch and I couldn’t fault him either. Overall an great experience and I’m forever grateful
