And what put the tin hat on it there was not one telephone call from them no communication whatsoever
We chose Eric Lloyd because they were the the middle valuation of 3 estate agents and local to the area and independent

Bought and sold through Eric Lloyd and had a really good experience. They handled everything. I found them very easy to deal with and they regularly updated us with the progress of the solicitors etc. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Probably the worst experience to date with Estate Agents. I would never use or recommend them again. Lost just over two months on a property that should never have been in the market in the first place as vendors not committed to sell. At least 6 months on the market and the sellers had not been any kind of rush or not looked for an house and then pulled out of onward eventual purchase and removed their home off the market. This Left a two month lost gap with a purchase for us expensive storage costs and abortive legal fees. They have not been truthful and at times pure rude on the phone. What an experience!

This was the fourth time that we had engaged Eric Lloyd, both for buying and sales of houses.
Their expertise and local knowledge is second to none.
Great communication, and a lovely family feel, which makes you feel comfortable in what is a stressful time.
Totally professional, but with the fun factor too,
which again alleviates the stress.
This family business is a slick and very well run business.

The team at Eric Lloyd are so experienced, reassuring, helpful and easy to work with. We had an unfortunate experience listing our house with a pay up front online estate agent, which ended extremely badly - and wasted valuable time which added more stress than I am willing to express here. Looking back I wish we had chosen to use Eric Lloyd in the first place, as I know the experience of selling would have been handled with care, and the advice would have been sound. Thank you for everything!
