They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)

We have been looking for a property in the Newton & Noss area for sometime, we have found all the team at Marchand Petit to be extremely professional and efficient , by far the best Estate Agent in the area and this is based on dealings with other Agents in the South Hams area.
We have recently found our dream house in Newton Ferrers which has recently exchanged and this was through Claire Northmore’s diligence , being on the case all through the process as well as her skilled aptitude at communicating and handling all parties involved.

When putting our family home on the market we had envisaged going with one of the big, national agencies based in London . In the event, we selected Marchand Petit because through their network of offices including London, they combine excellent local knowledge with good connectivity to "out of area" buyers. Before we even went to market MP had already identified a couple of potential buyers on their customer list and the sale to one of these went through smoothly and speedily. Clare and team in the Newton Ferrers office were a pleasure to deal with.

From the outset, the team at the Newton Ferrers office have acted with integrity, compassion and professionalism in effecting the sale of my Mother's house. They steered through my 'wobbles' with understanding supported by well researched evidence which reassured me and enabled a satisfactory sale. The team, especially Claire, were proactive during the period between acceptance of an offer and completion, prompting all those involved to maintain focus on the task in hand - I recommend them!

I don't often write endorsements like this, but I was extremely impressed by March And Petit. From the start of the engagement the service was incredible.
When we met at the property, Claire was welcoming, friendly and very informative, she obviously had taken great care in understanding the property, it's history and seemed to have good knowledge of the vendors.
Claire was extremely articulate, un-rushed and had a genuine interest in our thoughts and how we felt about the property. Compared to the viewing we had a few hours previously it was night and day.
We made an offer on the spot, normally I would not be comfortable to show my hand so quickly in a negotiation, but I felt we could trust her to serve both her vendor and our interests. This is rare in sales. I work in a large corporate, so very used to sales people and negotiations, one of the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
She is a credit to the brand and company.

Its almost 2 years since Claire and Julie at Marchand Petit worked their magic and we are still extremely grateful for the way Claire instrumentally lead her team to drive the sale of our house through at a particularly tricky Brexit announcement time. The Marchand Petit team never lost sight of what the sale would mean to us as a family. No one could have been more driven or professional on our behalf. Go to the best.

We recently purchased our new home in Newton Ferrers via Marchand Petit and want to commend them on their professionalism and helpfulness. Claire went above and beyond her duties, answering emails after hours and at weekends to reassure us and to answer any queries we had. The purchase was made all the easier because of the positive, can do, attitude of all the staff. They all worked hard to help us in our purchase in any way they could. As well as recommending local people to help us to deal with some work that we needed to have completed prior to our move and communicating with the sellers on our behalf on numerous occasions. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, in particular, Claire. Thanks to you all for the kindness and help you showed to us.
