We recently purchased our first home with Philip Martin. All the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly, specially Aaron Davey. As first time buyers, we were totally clueless with the whole process but Aaron was always on hand to answer any queries and guide us! He was kind enough to help solve some hurdles along the road which made the whole process stress free for us!
We will certainly be in touch with Aaron again when we come to sell our property to find our next home.

As novice house sellers I can't recommend Philip Martin more highly. We had a lower value property yet we were treated professionally with time and care was taken to get the details and pictures just so. The property sold after the first viewings but the support never stopped and Alice was always on the end of the phone whenever I had a query or the inevitable snag aroise holding my hand every step of the way.

The sale of our property was never going to be straightforward with a covenant (section 157 right to buy)
Lauren was amazing throughout the whole process, nothing was ever too much trouble whether it be sorting out a viewing or when the sale was going through. She was always there By email or at the end of the phone answering any questions we had. She kept us up to date the whole time right up until completion and we can’t thank her enough. We are very pleased with the service received from Philip Martin and team. In a nutshell; our property went on the market on a Wednesday, viewings were arranged for the Friday and by the end of the day it was 'Sale Agreed'.
