I sold my house with Green&co Tamworth. Jemma valued the property spot on and we sold within 3 weeks..The support throughout was brilliant, Donna was especially helpful sorting out any questions i had, and liaising with the solicitors and the buyers where necessary..would definitely recommend Green&co to sell your property..

What a pleasure it was having this company sell my house!
I arranged a valuation and Gemma called at 12MD, gave a thorough market appraisal and valuation for my property. She said she may have someone on the books who would be interested and called the office. A viewing was arranged for 2pm and an offer had been received by 4pm, with an increased offer the following morning. You couldn’t make it up! Perfect estate agency work.
Then followed the usual stressful conveyancing bit as solicitors do their thing! Donna kept me updated throughout in her usual caring, efficient way, always on the ball and letting me know of all movements as they happened (I’m sure she was born to do this job).
Whenever I phoned or called in with queries all the staff were terrific and dealt with my concerns quickly and efficiently.
In a nutshell, Gemma sold my house within a couple of hours of her first visit, and Donna and the team dealt with the conveyancing process perfectly through to completion. Priceless!!!

Where do we start! We decided to move house around October 2022, having sold two properties with Greens previously, we had you out. Gemma came out and was very complimentary towards our property and believed she could sell it. She suggested going on before the New Year to avoid the rush, she was right, thankyou!
We secured a sale and went through the process, not long after going on the market. The process was long and very stressful! We were served throughout the aftersales process by Donna, there aren't enough words to describe her patience, understanding and professionalism, you are a superstar. After 5 long months of agreeing the sale, we have now moved to our new, beautiful family home. A special mention to 3 wonderful ladies, Donna, Gemma and Claire, you did what was asked of you, kept us sane and facilitated our move. When the stress of moving became a daily grind and solicitors did not think it was their job to communicate and complete tasks in a timely manor.
