Swapped to Acres after poor experience with another local agent. Matthew Tubb was enthusiastic and a buyer found quickly. Whilst took a while to complete that was not the agent’s fault. Lorraine kept on top and we were informed throughout. Overall a good professional service at a fair price.

Acres were the Estate Agent dealing with my father's recent purchase, it was not a straightforward journey for him but I have been extremely impressed with the professional and caring service we received.
Lorraine communicated brilliantly throughout, her expertise shone though and she kept us up to date with all developments.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them myself - far superior service to that of the agent we dealt with for his sale.
