After a disappointing experience with another local estate agent on a previous property we asked several different agents for valuations. Most were similar, but we were impressed by Pearsons knowledge of the area, and their strategy for marketing.
Chris was positive and realistic, and took great pictures of our house, really highlighting its best features. The whole team were great, providing quick feedback from prospective buyers. They made sure they knew our property and I’d have no problem recommending them.
We have now found a new home, also through Pearsons and have been impressed by them as buyers as well as sellers.

Placed my house on the market in June 23. Liam valued my property and was there with nearly all the viewings. He was very knowledgeable with telling the clients what was needed to know. Liam went above and beyond at some stages of the sale of the property.! So huge thank you for your patience and letting me know what was happening every step of the sale. He was at the end of the phone and returned every one of my calls that I made. His advice, expertise and knowledge about his job was brilliant. Thankyou Noah and Pearson’s for all your support over the last few months and in particular helping to get the whole chain - both sales and purchases over the line last week.
From the very start you were so professional, offering a service that recognised the importance of selling a home to the right buyer in the right way, which made the whole process pretty stress free, which given the 6 week delivery was quite an achievement!!!
…and to boot we are now friends with our buyers too.
