Being a first time buyer can be a daunting experience, but from the first initial viewing with Maddie where she put us at ease and really showed us the potential the properties had to offer. Along with no pressure and really listened to what we was looking for in a property. This really set the tone for an overall positive and stress free experience with Parkers.

If you are trying to sell your house and wondering why it’s not happening maybe my experience can shed light on the reasons.
We booked a house viewing for Saturday at 1.45pm - got there early and after 10 minutes no-one had arrived. Called the office to be told - that property isn’t on our books - I assured the person I was speaking to I had arranged a viewing via the Tilehurst office and the board outside the house said Tilehurst office and they said oh yes - but you can’t possibly have a viewing as it’s not in the diary. I explained I had booked and confirmed the person’s name - was then told well they have another viewing at 2pm so you can’t have one.
So disappointing to make all the effort to view a property to be let down without much consideration.

I can't recommend Parkers Tilehurst enough. After a traumatic year, my sister and I wanted to find an Estate Agent that could take away the stress and upset of selling our mums home.
