They have worked hard to advertise the property and to enable prospective buyers to view ASAP, which has led to a speedy offer which we hope will lead to a definite sale.

Agent was always on time for viewings and promptly replied to email/phone queries. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha and I was able to secure the property without any problems. When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a ‘welcome pack’ which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of Oulsnam's - at a time sadly when so many other organisations have forgotten the basics of customer service. Always responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with. The photography and video service was also of a high quality. From the Branch Manager's first visit, we felt we were in good hands. Rachel's advice about price and all sorts of practical aspects of the move were marvellous - and proved to have been completely accurate as things turned out. All the help from her colleagues was prompt and efficient and always friendly. We have moved succcessfully from the house we lived in for nearly fifty years - I put much lowering of stress down to Rachel and her team. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finsh from the Bournville branch. They made the process so smooth and stress free. Rachel completed the initial valuation and through her knowledge and expertise helped us to agree on an asking price that was fair. We received multiple offers on the first viewings dealt with by Samantha and we accepted the same day. Samantha then dealt with all of the queries during the sale process, keeping us informed regularly. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The service from Robert Oulsnam in Bournville was little short of excellent. Our main contact at this branch was Becky Price, from showing us round the property right through to the completion day. Becky was always right up to date with how things were progressing, extremely courteous and above all displayed enormous amounts of patience, as it wasn’t an easy ride! If she was on holiday, her colleagues were always well aware of progress on the purchase and were also polite and thoughtful.
I can absolutely recommend them.

The Bournville team are incredible. Their friendly and personal service took away all the stress of selling a house, keeping me updated every week and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rachel and Becky in particular are who I dealt with and they are an absolute credit. Rachel certainly knows her stuff when it comes to valuations and how best to market your property. Thanks so much. I would recommend Oulsnams without hesitation and would definately use them again.

I'd thoroughly recommend Oulsnam Bournville - they've been marvellous - professional and friendly. We've been well looked after with shrewd and experienced advice, especially from Rachel the manager. Samantha and Becky have also been very helpful. The photographer was excellent as well.

All of the staff at the Bournville branch were always helpful and professional in all of my dealings, whether via email, on the phone or face to face. I was kept fully informed about every viewing and the outcome, Once a sale had been agreed, I received regular updates on progress and it was clear that staff took the initiative when dealing with either my own or the buyers solicitors. In particular I would like to mention Rachel who was always honest in terms of managing expectations during covid, through the process of selling my father's flat. thank you.

We were originally planning to sell our family home in March 2020, had the valuation, got the photos planned but...!! Then in February 2021 we again contacted Rachel Andrews at Oulsnams, Bournville and everything was organised quickly and efficiently. The photos were fantastic and it was really lovely to see the house looking at its very best. All the viewings were managed by the Oulsnams team and within 30 minutes we had an asking price offer for the house. Within 48 hours we had 2 asking price offers and one very close. The process was brilliantly managed and we were able to complete with our chosen buyers within 11 weeks and before the end of the stamp duty holiday. We have bought and sold several houses in the Bournville area over many years, some our own and some buy to let. We only ever ask Oulsnams to handle the sale process and we are always delighted if they are acting for the vendors. For us they are by far the best local agent and we have never been disappointed. Definitely 5 stars!

Aghhh, a house purchase! Like trying to navigate the Niagara rapids in a skiff with no paddles! You never know when you’ll hit a rock, or get flipped into the rushing water to meet your peril at the falls edge. Not so for me! Oulsnam provided ample support and helped negotiate the unexpected bumps and scrapes when they appeared. All this during lockdown too! If Rachel was the life-jacket, then Samantha was the oars; helping me navigate the turbulence and leading onward to still and calm waters. So, thanks to the staff for my lovely new home. Oulsnams were always friendly, straight forward and accommodating. What more do you want from an Estate Agent? I didn’t get splashed once!
