I’m a new landlord customer. Impressed with the service so far from the team, I’m still in the tenant finding phase, but the communication has been very good. Unfortunately there was a toilet pipe leaking problem, Gina Neves the Portfolio Manager was able to swiftly deal with the issue and find a plumber and explain the different costs, all communication via email as I’m out of the country.
