I chose to use Oulsnams Rubery to help with our search for a rental property in the local area after using their independent mortgage advisor.
Lisa was an excellent source of knowledge and really helped guide and support our search.
Lisa even gave us contact details for the letting team at Oulsnam and helped me set up a further meeting with them to understand what they have to offer once the right property was found.
Everyone I have dealt with at Oulsnams has been superb - thank you for all the help and support to date.

Sally- Ann (Rubery Branch) was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. She communicated with our solicitor on many occasions when they were delaying the process and sorted this out for us. She communicated effectively with us and always answered any questions we had. The team in general were friendly and helpful over the phone. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an excellent service from the Rubery Oulsnams from the initial phone call through to the end. Most of my contact was with Sally-Ann who kept me fully informed throughout the sale and gave me good and welcome advice as the sale progressed. Whilst I had less contact with Lisa it was equally good and overall I would highly recommend the team.

We just completed the sale of my fathers house after nearly 1.5 years! The timescale is no reflection on Sally-Ann and the team at Oulsnam, in fact quite the opposite. Through difficult circumstances of an initial sale that collapsed at the last minute and then reselling, Sally-Ann in particular chased and chased all parties and kept me totally up to speed with the progress.
Extremely professional and great communication spring to mind and I would have no hesitation in recommending Oulsnam (Rubery) and in particular, Sally-Ann.
