At the start they were fantastic.
Giving us advice on the value to market at was poor and we ended up
Going with my recommendation.
Negotiation with offers was terrible.
Overall I was really disappointed and left wondering why I am paying them a fee. I felt like no one wanted to work for my sale - just take the first offer.
However, we are also buying from Richard James and Alex from the wroughton office has been outstanding

Great Service received from the East Swindon office who looked after the sale of my mums bungalow following her passing last November. The whole team acted in a professional manner from outset until completion keeping me informed throughout . A special shout out in particular goes to Alanah who acted as my main point of contact - very friendly, thoughtful, professional, thorough and easy to deal with which made life easier .
